Swollen feet during pregnancy especially late in the pregnancy is normal. However she needs to get her blood pressure checked as high blood pressure can be the cause of swelling in the feet. So my advice is to see a doctor and have her blood pressure checked. If her blood pressure is normal there is nothing to worry about.
